Gregory A. Gould is an accomplished senior finance executive with more than 30 years of experience leading public and private companies across the life sciences, CPG and wellness sectors. He has created shareholder value through more than $500 million in equity and debt financings, led 10-plus acquisitions, successfully sold three publicly traded companies and uplisted three companies to Nasdaq. Greg has also held chief executive officer, chief financial officer and chief operating officer roles at high-growth and turnaround companies, scaling revenues to more than $500 million and directing global operations across 50-plus countries.
Greg joined the Cook Media Global board of trustees in March 2025. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with post-graduate studies in finance and accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Greg and his wife live in Castle Rock, Colo., and have two children. In his free time, Greg enjoys being with family and spending time skiing and fishing.
