Bob and his wife Sara of 45+ years live in Franklin, TN, just outside of Nashville. In 1980 after marriage, they moved from their Iowa roots to Tennessee, for 14 years, then to the Chicago area or 10 years and back to the Nashville area in 2004. They have three boys, three amazing daughter in-laws and 6 grandchildren.
Bob has extensive leadership experience from two of history’s most prominent faith-based brands: The Chosen and VeggieTales. In his recent executive role at The Chosen, he managed consumer products, publishing, warehouse operations, and customer service. Additionally, he directed strategic partnerships and licensing while fostering an internal culture of high performance and deep fan loyalty.
Bob joined Cook Media Global board of trustees in May 2026.
